Topical use. Apply directly to clean, dry skin, preferably at night, to support absorption and the skin regeneration process.

• 1. Unscrew the cap of the plastic vial containing the activating liquid and remove the lid from the glass vial containing the cellular powder.
• 2. Keep the liquid vial upright and screw the vial with the lyophilized cells onto it.
• 3. Shake vigorously until the solution is completely homogeneous.
• 4. Before transferring the cellular mixture to the plastic vial, keep the glass vial with the mixture for 5 minutes.
• 5. Invert and empty all the liquid by pressing the plastic vial until its entire content is deposited in the glass vial, as shown in the illustration.
• 6. Unscrew the plastic vial and place drops of the mixture on your fingertip.

After this, the hydrolysate is fractionated by exclusion chromatography and semi-preparative reverse-phase liquid chromatography, selecting the fraction with the highest activity as shown by the first in vitro tests. The sequence of the peptides responsible for generating the activity is finally identified through mass spectrometry and/or N-terminal sequencing. However, hydrolysates are complex mixtures that can contain hundreds of different molecules, so locating bioactive peptides in these procedures demands constant biochemical expertise, time, and dedication.
